it was my first visit to ormoc. i stayed at the ormoc villas (trivia: the hotel where the gomez-torres wedding reception was held). beautiful hotel. but the wedding i attended was more beautiful and heartwarming. i'm so tempted to post photos of the wedding, but i don't want to beat the bride in posting...

so, this is just a glimpse of my ormoc trip. i will surely visit again.

I miss this place.. ormoc villa hotel formerly day's inn also owned by the larrazabal's. when i was stationed in ormoc this viranda is the venue of our weekly meetings.

Yess.. the only resort-hotel ormoc can be proud of.. my wife worked here when I brought them in Ormoc.

Ms. Ai, parts of this magnificent wooden staircase were removed from the old barn of Sabin Larrazabal. During the construction of this hotel, they can no longer find a red lawaan in Ormoc or anywhere near ormoc so the owner decided to demolished the old barn which i believed 3-5 decades old.
